In charge of prospecting, marketing, negotiations of contracts, rent collection and make ready for tenants.  This helped close scores of leases and the $4.3 million sale of a 58,000 square foot office building. Increased office property from 26% occupancy to 90% in one year’s time by using guerilla-marketing tactics.

Specialized in leasing Salado Creek Business Park and also accountable for on-site property management.
